We operate in many industrial fields, from Pharmaceutical to Film Studios – and quite often are asked to provide short term power for particular applications.

We offer single and three phase static frequency converters on a weekly or monthly rental basis. The most common demand is for 60Hz applications to suit American equipment, but the output voltages vary a lot, so we cater for this by supplying output transformers to step up or down the voltage as required. This allows us to cater for specific requirements as they arise. 

We are flexible about the hire of our frequency converters and industrial UPS. If a customer decides they want to purchase a unit in the longer term, but has a short term requirement that needs to be covered, we may be able to waive the hire charge if an order is placed during the hire period.

The units have galvanic isolation transformers, making them suitable for all types of loads. The inputs to the units are also power factor corrected, giving the least possible current demand from the local source.

Note that it is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure the inputs and outputs of frequency converters and industrial UPS are connected and earthed properly by a competent person on site.
