Turkmenistan – Burren Resources – Oil Refinery

On this Oil Refinery project we worked closely with Claude Lyons to build matching Uninterruptible Power Supplies, providing a turnkey solution for their power supply requirements.

Oxford – Bodleian Library

We provide ongoing maintenance and support for these units, buried deep underground at Oxford Bodleian Library. The picture shows one of the applications. We also support other manufacturers units on site. The picture of the building shows the access where we recently installed a 10KVA 3/1 Emergency Lighting Inverter – and integrated it with the building management system.

Railway Track – via Metric

(2 items of 20KVA 1:1 16.6/50Hz SFC)

These Static Frequency Converters had to be transported up an Iron ore railway tack to a station in the mountains. The systems are used to provide 50Hz power to the station and houses nearby.

Rome - Roddaprigge – 35 metre Sailing Yacht

20KVA 3/1 110-0-110VAC 50/60Hz SFC

This was a custom made 20KVA static frequency converter unit to fit into a specific area in this American yacht (60Hz). Before this was installed, the crew had to run the diesel at night (very noisy) – there was great relief all round once the SFC was fitted.

Iraq – Kurdistan Power Stations

Three sites in the mountains – each consisting of 6 sets of 6MVA Diesels. Our Emergency Lighting Inverters run the backup lighting for a project completed on behalf of UN.

We supplied three 15KVA Static Frequency Converters to Claude Lyons – for running UK production equipment on an American medical production line at 60Hz. Local engineers have maintained the equipment with our support.
